Child and Adolescent Counseling
Supportive Care for Young People
At Synergy Behavioral Health, we understand that children and teens experience life’s challenges in unique ways. Our child and adolescent therapy services are designed to meet young people where they are—with approaches that are developmentally appropriate, supportive, and effective.

- For young children, play is the natural language of healing. Through therapeutic play, we help children express emotions, work through difficult experiences, and build important social and behavioral skills.
- For older children and teens, we use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address concerns like anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and stress management. Therapy gives them tools to regulate emotions, improve relationships, and feel more confident in themselves.
- For families, we provide parent coaching and family sessions, because healing is most powerful when families grow together. These sessions strengthen communication, improve connection, and support a healthier home environment.
Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space where children and teens can navigate challenges, discover strengths, and move toward brighter futures.
