Compensation & Benefits:

  • W2 Employees with a 65% Clinician / 35% Synergy split.
  • Bi-weekly payroll.

  • Supervision: Synergy offers free weekly supervision for LLPC and LLMSW.

  • Dedicated Admin team to handle all front-end tasks, including scheduling, greeting clients, payment collections, and insurance billing.
