Trainings and Supervision
Better Together
At Synergy Behavioral Health, we believe that strong professionals build strong communities. Our licensed clinicians provide clinical supervision for mental health professionals seeking licensure, offering guidance grounded in ethics, evidence-based practice, and real-world experience. We create a supportive environment where developing clinicians can strengthen their skills, deepen their clinical insight, and grow with confidence.
In addition to supervision, we offer specialized trainings and workshops for professionals, agencies, and community partners. These programs focus on trauma-informed care, domestic violence intervention, court-related best practices, and other critical areas in behavioral health. Our goal is to equip professionals with the knowledge and tools they need to deliver high-quality, accountable, and effective services.
