Julia is a licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s most difficult challenges. Whether someone is struggling with addiction, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, or working through the impact of trauma, Julia wants them to know they are not alone — and that healing is possible.
She earned her Master’s of Social Work from Michigan State University in 2022 and has spent her career working with individuals experiencing substance use disorders as well as other co-occurring mental and emotional needs.
Julia’s approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Drawing from a range of modalities — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based approaches — she helps clients uncover unhelpful patterns and build on the strengths they already possess, whether they recognize them yet or not.
Understanding that reaching out for help can be intimidating, Julia is committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, supported, and empowered. For those ready to take a step toward healing and growth, Julia is here to walk alongside them on that journey.
