I am a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW) dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for healing and growth. I work with children, adolescents, and young adults, helping them navigate life’s challenges with compassion and understanding. I am also fluently bilingual in English and Spanish, and welcome individuals who feel most comfortable expressing themselves in either language.
I have extensive experience providing both individual and group therapy, with a strong focus on supporting individuals impacted by trauma, including domestic violence and abuse. My work is rooted in trauma-informed care, with attention to the emotional, relational, and developmental needs that often arise from these experiences. I understand the courage it takes to begin this work and strive to create a space where clients feel safe, empowered, and supported throughout their healing process.

My approach is tailored to each individual, integrating evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, and motivational interviewing. Through individual, play, talk, and group therapy, I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and experiences related to racism and oppression.
I strive to create a space that feels approachable, affirming, and grounded in genuine care—especially for those who may find it difficult to reach out for support. In our work together, you can expect a collaborative, nonjudgmental environment where you can move at your own pace while building practical tools for everyday life.
